Down Payment Resources (DPR) is a realMLS provided tool integrated into Flexmls to help realMLS members connect their buyers with available down payment assistance programs for eligible properties.
Hometown Heroes Housing Program (HHHP) helps makes homeownership more affordable for eligible frontline community workers such as law enforcement officers, firefighters, educators, healthcare professionals, childcare employees, and active military or veterans. The $100M program provides zero-interest loans to be used toward down payment and closing costs – up to 5% of the loan or $25K and will be administered by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC).
In Flexmls, listings that qualify for one or more homebuyer programs are flagged with the DPR icon.
