Become a Flexmls Pro (Intro)
If you’re a new agent or a seasoned veteran that would like a refresher, then Flexmls Intro class is for you.
Once completed, students will be able to Add, Change and Search for Listings. As a result of completing this class agents will have a good working knowledge of how to navigate Flexmls, and much more. For new agents, this class is recommended before taking any other class.
MMT Tax
Tax Class will guide the student on how to navigate through the tax database (which is integrated with Metro Market Trends) within Flexmls. Learn how to leverage this powerful data for farming. Never be surprised at a listing appointment by FSBO comps. Finally, get addresses for entire neighborhoods or as small as 1/8 of a mile radius around a property.
Flexmls Pricing Tools You’ll Use (CMA)
This class will walk students through the CMA process in Flexmls, including how to find sold properties on the system and how to automatically bring all that information into a CMA for you and your clients.
Connect to Your Customer with Flexmls (Contacts)
The Contacts class shows students how to Add Contacts, Create Automatic Emails, Setup Subscriptions, Create Customer Portals, how to Reverse Prospect, and much more. This class is a must for anyone who wants to take full advantage of Flexmls.
