realMLS Data Integrity Policy

Consumers rely heavily on realMLS listing data when making significant financial decisions. It is crucial to provide consumers with accurate and reliable information on which to base their decisions.

realMLS strives to provide our customers and consumers with the most comprehensive, reliable, and accurate listing data available.  The rules and policies of realMLS and a clear compliance process will be enforced equally to advance a healthy marketplace, increase professionalism among our customers and ensure equal access to ALL listings by ALL people.

Please note:  There are Two New Data Integrity Policies Effective 8/17/2024

  • Written Buyer Agreement Violation Violation of written buyer agreement. A written buyer agreement must be entered into prior to touring a home. See section 5.0.1 of the Rules and Regulations for further information. 

  • Offer of Compensation Violation Offering compensation in the MLS or on any platform offered by the MLS.  Significant IMMEDIATE Fine to Listing Agent. If not removed within 24 hours, broker will also incur a fine.
