Data Integrity

Tip of the Month from Data Integrity:

Publishing a lockbox, gate, security or alarm code within a listing is considered a Major Violation, which will result in a fine in accordance with our Data Integrity Policy. For detailed information, a Fine Schedule and Violation Examples can be found in the Penalties and Violations section (Appendix A) of the realMLS Policy Manual.

To safely share necessary access codes, we request all members to use the designated section in ShowingTime. Alternatively, you can encourage agents to contact you directly.
