Market activity for Northeast Florida continued to be strong as we entered a new year. Closed Sales for the month were up by 12% as compared to January of 2020 and Pending Sales increased by 18% for the time same period. The Median Sales Price increased by 11%  while Days on Market showed a minimal increase from last month.
