We’re excited to announce that the realMLS Photographer Network is now live! This new MLS-integrated feature makes it easier than ever to connect with trusted, professional photographers—directly within the MLS platform.
Why use the realMLS Photographer Network?

- Reduce Copyright Hassles – Network photographers agree to licensing terms that protect your media and ensure proper usage—helping you avoid potential legal issues.
- Streamline the Process – Request and manage photography through the MLS. Network photographers can upload, organize, and caption media on your behalf—saving you time and effort.
How to Add a Photographer
- For new listings: Click “Add Listing” from the menu. On the General tab, scroll to the Preferred Photographer dropdown located just below the Listing Member field. Select your photographer from the list.
Once selected, you can either save the listing as incomplete or complete it. A notification email will be sent to the photographer so they can begin uploading media. - For existing listings: Click “Change Listing”, then select the listing you’d like to update. From the Change Listing screen, click “Listing/Selling Member”, select your photographer from the dropdown, and click Next to confirm and save.
Using the Network is optional, and there’s no additional fee from realMLS. If your preferred photographer wants to join, they can visit realmls.com/realmls-photographer-network or email medianetwork@realmls.com.
