As you know, realMLS is actively working to build the Coast 2 Coast MLS Data Share in collaboration with other MLSs. The initial MLSs, which will go live in December of 2023, are realMLS, St. Augustine and St. Johns County Board of Realtors and Space Coast Association of Realtors followed by Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors in early 2024.
Participating MLSs are currently aligning data fields with the RESO Data Dictionary to ensure a comprehensive search functionality across the data share. This alignment will result in several changes to data fields, including the introduction of new fields, updates to field names and the removal of outdated fields.
