realMLS’s Market Snapshot for March 2024 shows that Closed Sales are down year over year, but Active Inventory and New Listings are up 52% and 33.8% respectively.

New listings increased 3.8% in February 2024, with a 0.3% increase in Active Inventory compared to February 2024. Days on Market decreased year over year by 14.3%, but increased month over month by 9.1%.
