realMLS’s Market Snapshot for February 2024 shows that Closed Sales are down year over year, but Active Inventory and New Listings are up 60.6% and 57.4% respectively.

New listings increased 19.5% in January 2024, with a 20.6% increase in Active Inventory compared to January 2024. Days on Market decreased month over month and year-over-year, with a 25% and 30.8% decrease respectively.
