realMLS’s Market Snapshot for August 2023 shows an increase in New Listings, Active Inventory and Median Days on Market for year over year data.

New listings increased 14.8 %  in August 2023 compared to August 2022, and  10.8% compared to last month. Active Inventory increased by  26.1 % compared to the previous year and 10.6% compared to the previous month. Median Days on Market also had an increase of 17.2% year over year and 3% from July.
