In this monthly statistical summary, the month of June 2020 is being compared to both May 2020 and June 2019 to reflect the activity trending monthly and Year to Year. While inventory remains low, the rate of decline is slowing.

However, the number of New Listings has shown a promising upwards trend. New listings for June 2020 are only -1% less than the same time frame last year but has increased 8% over new listing activity in May.
