This week in honor of Women in Real Estate, realMLS recognizes our very own Chief Operating Officer, Kimberly Wiggins.

Kimberly’s first exposure to MLSs began over 35 years ago while working for an MLS vendor as a Technical Representative.  She became an employee of the Northeast Florida MLS, Inc. in 1990 starting as a Trainer and Customer Service Representative, then General Manager, and now COO. 

Her passion is all things data and recently earned the RESO designation Real Estate Data – Business designation (RED-B).  She also holds NAR’s REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) and CMLX1 designations and is working on obtaining her CMLX2. She’s been a past member of NAR’s Emerging Business Committee and is currently the staff liaison for the realMLS MLS Technology Committee (MTC). 

When not doing all things MLS, Kimberly’s passions include spending time with her family, planning their annual vacations, and reading biographies.
