We are excited to announce three Florida MLSs, St. Augustine/St. Johns County MLS, Space Coast MLS and realMLS, have partnered to create a new data share – Coast2Coastmlsdatashare.com. Members of these MLSs will have access to listings from all three MLSs within their native platform. Our goal to make this MLS data share available to members by the end of 2023.

This is not a merger of the organizations but rather a joint effort to align data fields, allowing members to search across the three MLSs more seamlessly. All three MLS organizations are actively participating in aligning each other’s data using the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) Data Dictionary as our guide.
