realMLS’s Market Snapshot for October 2023 shows an decrease in Closed Sales year over year but, Active Inventory and Median Days on Market increased.

New listings increased just over 10% in October 2023 compared to October 2022 and also increased 3.2% compared to last month. Active Inventory increased by 18.5% compared to the previous year and 8.3% compared to the previous month.
