realMLS’s Market Snapshot for January 2024 shows that Closed Sales are down year over year, but Active Inventory and New Listings are up 41.5% and 39% respectively.

New listings increased over 57% in January 2024, with a 22% increase in Active Inventory compared to December 2023. Days on Market also continues to rise month over month, with a 13% or 4-day increase.
