The Northeast Florida Real Estate Market continues to be a HOT Seller’s Market. The month of September was another banner month for realMLS participants.
Sales Volume exceeded $1 Billion once again!
- Pending Sales were up more than 35% from the same time last year
- Closed Sales increased by 16.5% as compared to September of 2019
- The Median Sales price was up nearly 9% year-over-year
Although the inventory of homes for sale is down, the number of New Listings continued to increase compared to the same time last year.
