realMLS launches a consumer ad campaign to educate buyers and sellers on the importance of realMLS  in their real estate transactions

realMLS – Connecting Buyers, Sellers, and Real Estate Professionals 

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 7th, 2022 —realMLS, serving over 11,000 members in Northeast Florida, began a 4-month consumer campaign with a local media group to help educate consumers on how the multiple listing service (MLS) benefits them; how an experienced realMLS professional understands the local market and has resources to simplify the home buying or home selling journey.

The public-facing advertising campaign launched in mid-June and will conclude in mid-September. realMLS partnered with a local media group to build a multi-channel, multi-touch approach encompassing Omni-Channel Targeted Email Marketing, Digital-Out-Of-Home Venues such as Digital Outdoor Screens (including Digital Billboards, Gas Station Pump Displays, Retail and Professional Office Screens), OTT/Streaming TV, 30 and 15 second Radio spots with a top local Radio Endorser and both a buyer focused video and a seller focused video.

Nicole Jensen, CEO of realMLS, explains the importance of this campaign. ”Now, more than ever, the MLS industry needs to communicate the significant pro-consumer role the MLS, the Local Real Estate Marketplace, plays in making sure listings receive equal exposure to potential buyers.  MLS’s have traditionally focused on making sure our members know our value.  Now we need the homebuyers and homesellers to realize our important role in real estate transactions.” Jensen said.

The essence of the campaign is to emphasize that realMLS real estate professionals have minute-by-minute access to the most current and reliable source of available homes to keep their clients In The Know®. They keep up with market trends, housing prices, and local, state and federal regulations. Another realMLS provided value is collaborating with other real estate professionals through a network of relationships so consumers can complete their transaction with confidence and a sense of security.

The campaign’s success is measured by detailed reports on each media platform along with feedback from realMLS members.  The time is now for consumers to understand the value of the multiple listing services throughout the United States.
