Buyers Are Getting Creative
With the increased demand for housing combined with low levels of available inventory, buyers’ have had to come up with creative ways to help their offer stand out above others. Seller Concessions are no longer the norm and in several instances have been replaced with Buyer Concessions resulting in a necessary change to two fields in Flexmls.
The field previously titled Seller Concessions Y/N has been renamed to Concessions Y/N with 3 options:
“N=No”
“Y-Seller”=Seller Concessions
“Y-Buyer”=Buyer concessions
Seller Concession$ has been changed to just read “Concession $”.
