Beginning June 15, updates to the Coming Soon Listing Option will take effect, including expanded distribution capabilities through IDX, syndication sites, and Flexmls Email Subscriptions. These enhancements are designed to provide sellers with greater exposure while continuing to support seller choice.

Action Required for Existing Coming Soon Listings

If you currently have a Coming Soon listing and the seller does not want the property distributed to public-facing IDX or syndication sites, you must update the distribution settings in Flexmls ASAP. If public distribution is intended, no action is necessary.

Updated Seller Controlled Marketing Disclosure Form

To support these listing option enhancements, realMLS has updated the Seller Controlled Marketing Disclosure Form. This form will be required for both the Coming Soon and future Office Exclusive Listing Options and helps ensure sellers clearly understand and document their marketing preferences.
