Calling All Android Users for FlōPlan

Android 12 users on older versions of the app experienced a recent issue with green screen in the FlōPlan Mobile App that made some scans unable to be processed. This issue has been fixed in the latest version of the FlōPlan mobile app.

To apply the fix, please update your app to the newest version by going to the app store and downloading the most recent version. The app store page will show the option to update if one is available.

What else:

  • This could affect previous scans you have not yet submitted. FlōPlan recommends re-scanning those properties.
