Thank you for being a valued realMLS customer. Invoices for the 2026–2027 realMLS annual fees were emailed on May 27. To ensure uninterrupted access to your realMLS services, please make sure your payment is received by June 30, 2026. Accounts with outstanding balances after this date are subject to a $50 late fee. See the graphic below for important dates.
How to Pay Your Fees:
- Visit the realMLS Customer Portal.
- Log in using your Member ID and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
- On the right-hand side, click View and Pay.
- Select Pay and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.
