Dynamic
agent detail page
No longer do your agents need to wait to have their detailed real estate
listings appear in your web site. This page shows how we have combined
the agent's bio with his actual listing inventory. Listings are pulled
from the database automcatically in real-time. |
Dynamic
office roster page
Each office has their own roster page. The roster is dynamic, meaning
that the data is pulled live from the database. When you update the email
address of an agent, the roster is updated automatically. All agents are
displayed whether they have listings or not. |

Each
satellite office for a real estate brokerage can have their own personal
management interface. This give an office manager the power to edit all
of the agents, listings, bios, and more for their individual office.No
knowledge of web design is required. |

the office manager has logged into the application, they can see all of
their agents and listing numbers at a glance. All agents from their office
can be updated from this page. Agents have the power to only edit their
own listings and bio. |
Agent inventory
This
screen shows all listings that an agent has in the system. Listings can
be easily edited or deleted from this screen. There is a confirmation
on all deletes, so that you cannot accidentally delete a listing. |
Mass
E-mailer
This
screen shows the capability of office managers to send mass E-mails to
all agents at their particular office. E-mails can also be HTML E-mails,
meaning that you can send a web page with links to all of your agents
with one click of the mouse. |
Agent
bio editor
With just a few clicks, you can edit the biographies of all of your agents.
Also uploads photos and creates thumbnails of bio photos. A simple drop-down
box allows you to select which of your offices your agents work at. |
