Does
RealMLS work with my current MLS?
No.
We may integrate other MLS firms at some point, but we have not been impressed
by the offerings of most of them. RealMLS is the only system that
does not fill your listings with advertisements. Your listings remain
your listings.

Will
I have to enter listings twice (once into my MLS, then once into RealMLS)?
Yes, but it is worth it. The exposure
of having your homes in Delaware.com is reason enough to use this system.

How
does RealMLS handle digital photos?
RealMLS automatically resamples photos
to the correct size for the web. Most agents own a digital camera or
a scanner, but most are not proficient with digital photo editing. RealMLS
eliminates this hassle for agents by resampling raw photos directly from
a camera or scanner. Gone are the days of sending photos via e-mail to
someone for prepping.

I use virtual tours in RealMLS?
Yes. If you are using a virtual tours
package, call us for more information. In many cases, the link to the
virtual tour software and a Java key are all that are needed to make tours
work on the web.

Do
I need my own web address to use RealMLS?
No. You can add homes directly to Delaware.com
if you are just starting out. Once you begin to sell homes, we recommend
that you get your own domain name and then allow us to insert RealMLS
into your web site. The automation that RealMLS will bring to your
site will help to boost sales.

Can I
buy the software? Is RealMLS "open source"?
RealMLS
works through your web browser, so there is no software to purchase. The
actual source code for the software is not for sale at the moment, but
